Booking an Appointment/ Walk in

Walk-in clients will always be welcomed into our store, however, to guarantee instant service please book through our website or other social media platforms. It is recommended that no more than 3 people accompany you during an appointment, however, you can bring as many as you like. Kids are very much welcome to our store.

Shopping is thirsty work so be sure to visit Bean Addiction coffee shop and Penfold's tasting room next door. And of course, a free glass of Champagne or Moscato is offered after saying yes to your fabulous dress.

Frequently asked questions

Appointment lengths: Appointment times are standard at 1.5hours, however, if there are no appointments after you, you can stay as long as you like!

What to bring: We suggest to bring nude coloured underwear, preferably suck in types, especially if trying on fitted dresses. You won't need a bra since dresses all come with cups on the inside plus other support. Heels are optional.

How far off until my wedding should I book an appointment? Dresses can take anywhere from 3 months to 6 months to come in, plus alterations from 2-3 months. So try book an appointment 9 to 10 months before your wedding.

At Barossa Bridal it is our aim to make everyone who walks through our door comfortable.

Access: Our carpark and store is fully wheelchair/ frame accessible and our change rooms are oversized, with bench seat and grab rails.

Anxiety friendly: We only serve one client at a time, meaning there are no other customers trying on dresses at the same time. The only other customers coming into the store will be walk-ins and they are separated by a wall divider. Having staff that understand and have felt the the pressures of anxiety, helps to offer a safe environment. We allow as many breaks as you need, because trying on dresses can be overwhelming and we will never pressure you. We will go at your pace.

LGBTQI+ Friendly: Because every person deserves the same experience and should not be singled out. If you go by different pro-nouns, please let us know so we can give you the best/ most comfortable service possible.

Private Changing: We offer private changing to every client, meaning we will set up your dress on the floor, then step out, so all you have to do is step into the dress, pull it up, then our consultant will come in to help you zip up the back and make adjustments to fit.
